Transfer of Equity

There may be any number of reasons you wish to add or remove names from the title of a property. This procedure is known as a transfer of equity and at Hennings we can complete this process for you. Most transfers of equity have unique circumstances and if there is a mortgage secured over the property and a remortgage needs to happen simultaneously, the process is slightly more complicated. You may also be liable to pay stamp duty on a transfer of equity, so please call us to discuss your particular needs.

Fixed Fees

We charge £650 plus VAT plus disbursements for acting for one party in a transfer of equity and remortgage.
